BTW Agency has operated continuously since 2015. In 2018, Kreps DeMaria acquired the agency. During its Kreps DeMaria years, the agency led digital work under the KD Digital banner while continuing to transact as BTW Agency. Following the separation of Kreps DeMaria, BTW Agency continued independently under its original name. Today, BTW Agency does business as BTWA and is independently owned and led by Allan Yacaman.
