BTWA

FOR PR FIRMS, CONSULTANTS & AGENCY TEAMS

When the idea needs infrastructure.

PR firms, consultants, and agency teams already understand the client, the message, and the moment.

BTWA plugs in when the campaign needs the digital layer behind it: SEO, PPC, Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube pre-roll, landing pages, WordPress, headless builds, Vercel/Next.js, tracking, reporting, AI-assisted workflows, and conversion infrastructure.

You keep the relationship.

We build the system behind the work.

Your client stays yours.

The system gets built.

The gap usually appears after the idea is approved.

The campaign has direction. The client is moving. The message is clear.

Then the work needs a system.

Then the infrastructure

The systems layer behind the campaign.

Owned systems — not rented shortcuts. We build the digital infrastructure the campaign actually needs: search visibility, paid media, web systems, tracking, automation, and follow-up working as one layer.

Digital Marketing Infrastructure

SEO, local SEO, AEO/GEO visibility, Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube ads, PPC, retargeting, and campaign paths built around buyer intent — supported by useful content, internal links, consistent business information, and structured data that matches the page.

Owned Web Systems

Vercel/Next.js builds, Node.js applications, WordPress, headless CMS, landing pages, secure forms, lead capture, booking paths, and conversion-focused pages built around the campaign's actual job.

Measurement Layer

GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion events, call tracking, Hotjar or Clarity, attribution, reporting views, and tracking plans that make the work easier to measure.

Automation + Follow-Up

SMS workflows, CRM handoff, lead routing, nurture sequences, booking reminders, sales notifications, and operational follow-up that close the gap between click and revenue.

AI-Assisted Execution

Production speed without AI theater. We use AI-assisted research, content workflows, creative testing, video iteration, animation support, and automation systems to test faster, reduce production drag, and find the signals worth scaling.

Quiet Integration

We work inside the existing team structure, protect the client relationship, coordinate with vendors, and keep the system moving without trying to become the headline.

Human relationship + machine retrieval

Marketing for humans and machines.

Persuasion for people. Structure for systems.

PR firms already understand the human side of the campaign: message, trust, timing, reputation, and relationship.

But modern campaigns are also read, indexed, and summarized by machines.

BTWA builds the digital layer so the campaign can persuade people and explain itself to search engines, AI answer engines, crawlers, ad platforms, and analytics systems.

The campaign should persuade the person. The system should explain itself to the machine.

BTWA Operating Layer

Not one tool. A working room.

When a campaign needs more than one discipline, BTWA does not rely on disconnected freelancers or one-person bottlenecks.

We work through a coordinated operating layer: strategy, search, paid media, development, analytics, automation, creative production, and AI-assisted workflows moving around the same brief.

That makes it easier to test ideas, build deliverables, tighten reporting, and move from approved concept to working system without losing control of the relationship.

  • Shared context

Every discipline works from the same brief, message, and business context.

  • Parallel execution

Research, production, media, development, and reporting can move in parallel instead of waiting in sequence.

  • Cleaner handoff

The result is faster testing, tighter delivery, and less friction for the agency-client relationship.

We fit the engagement, not the other way around.

Your client stays yours. You keep the relationship. BTWA does not replace the PR firm, consultant, or communications team as the agency lead.

BTWA builds and monitors the digital layer: paid media, search visibility, websites, landing pages, tracking, reporting, and optimization. The client should own the core accounts and assets. BTWA may need admin access to build and maintain that system. Direct, agency-led, and referred are the three ways the work is structured.

  • Direct

When a business needs BTWA to lead the acquisition system directly.

  • Agency-led

When a PR firm, consultant, or agency owns the relationship and needs the digital infrastructure behind the campaign.

  • Referred

When a trusted partner introduces us and the work becomes a direct system build.

Built where the system has to hold.

BTWA has worked directly with businesses, through trusted referrals, and inside agency-led engagements connected to brands, properties, campaigns, audits, and environments across real estate, hospitality, luxury, finance, legal, and corporate markets.

Common partner questions.

Structure — how the relationship works

Is BTWA a white-label agency?

No. BTWA is not a white-label agency.

We work as the digital systems partner behind the campaign. The PR firm, consultant, or communications team keeps the client relationship. BTWA builds, manages, and monitors the digital infrastructure so the work does not break downstream.

Will my client see BTWA?

Sometimes, yes — especially inside ad accounts, social platforms, analytics tools, tracking systems, or web infrastructure we build and manage.

That is intentional. Invisible systems break. If we are responsible for keeping the system working, we need the right access and visibility.

Who owns the client relationship?

You do.

BTWA does not replace the PR firm, consultant, or agency relationship. We support the digital layer behind it: paid media, search visibility, websites, landing pages, and campaign infrastructure, tracking, reporting, automation, and optimization.

Who owns the accounts and assets?

The client should own the core accounts and assets whenever possible.

BTWA may have admin or manager access so we can build, monitor, and maintain the system properly, but we do not believe in trapping clients inside vendor-owned infrastructure.

Operations — how the system works

Why does BTWA need admin access?

Because if we are responsible for performance, tracking, lead routing, or campaign stability, we need to be close enough to the system to fix issues before they become client problems.

Admin access lets us monitor, back up, troubleshoot, and keep the campaign moving.

Does BTWA talk directly to the client?

Only when the engagement calls for it.

Some partners want us behind the scenes. Others bring us into technical or strategy conversations because digital acquisition is its own world. Either way, the PR firm or consultant remains the relationship lead unless a different structure is agreed upfront.

What happens if something breaks?

BTWA stays in the system so we can diagnose and fix issues quickly.

Pixels fail. Forms break. Tracking drops. Campaigns drift. CRM handoffs get messy. Our job is to keep the digital infrastructure accountable before those issues become client-facing problems.

Do you take over social media management?

No — not as daily community management.

If your team owns brand voice, organic posting, comments, community management, media relations, and client communication, that stays yours.

We do not compete for the calendar. We build the system behind the campaign.

When social is part of the system, it has a job: educate, qualify, retarget, drive demand, or support conversion. Not create activity for the sake of activity.

Fit — who this is for

Are you trying to become the client’s agency?

No.

We are not PR experts and we are not trying to be. BTWA exists to handle the digital systems layer: acquisition infrastructure, paid media, search visibility, websites, landing pages, and campaign infrastructure, tracking, automation, and optimization.

The right partner looks smarter because they brought in the right specialist.

What kind of partners are a good fit?

PR firms, consultants, communications teams, and agencies that want a stronger digital arm without pretending to be experts in every technical discipline.

If a partner needs us to be completely invisible, we may not be the right fit. If they want the digital layer handled correctly, quietly, and professionally, we probably are.

BTWA does not have to be the headline to make the system work.

Bring us in before the campaign outgrows the infrastructure.

For PR firms, consultants, and agency teams that need the digital layer handled quietly, correctly, and completely.
